At first I was at a loss as to what I should do for Demon Girl Appreciation Day. Ame gets all of my attention year-round, my friends have so many awesome demon original characters that I'd have trouble picking/wouldn't have the time to do em all due to comms and comic prep, so...

I went with the demon girl who started it all for me. No, she's not the first demon girl I was into, but she IS the instigator to Ame's transformation from a cruddy fancharacter to the demon brat she is today! Naturally, Ame has traits from other characters I love (most notably Lina Inverse / Ryoko Hakubi / several Disgaea design elements) but Astaroth cinched the whole demon thing for me. And while plenty of characters have horns and black sclera (seriously, search 'black_sclera horns' on gelbooru and you will be assaulted with plenty), Astaroth pulled it off so well~

Thank you, lovely blue lady, for getting me off my ass and making Ame a MUCH better character!
