I'm posting this without shading so it can go up early, because she will actually be quite relevant to the next few upcoming UOMs Her original role is in the side story I'm working on.

The background is actually a tiny part of something I'm currently working on for a commission, so I was really in a rush to get this up. :B Argh. I suck. Probably shouldn't of even bothered with a BG.

Duchess Teodora Radinov

Teodora (oftentimes called "Teo") is next in line for Queen of the Netherworld...if Ame and Suko were to disappear anyway! When Teo isn't aggravating Ame childishly (as Suko is oblivious and considers her a playmate), shes plotting a new way to to get rid of the two.

Teo did not age very well, and appears very child-like. She also has horns so small they do not appear above her hair. She really hates her horns being pointed out.

Due to her form, she specializes in reaping the hearts of well...THOSE kinds of perverts. :B
