Another new comic? Theres a full explanation within. It's like a news tidbit, along with my own take on a classic joke I wanted to do for awhile. I've never seen the delay last for more than one, maybe two panels, which for some reason always bothered me. Or maybe that cites a problem with my own writing. Har.
